Dr. Andrea Nobili joins the lab as a postdoctoral researcher

Dr. Andrea Nobili jointed the NanoEnergy Lab as a Postdoctoral Fellow in August 2024. Dr. Nobili was awarded the Ph.D. degree cum laude in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in April 2024 at Politecnico di Milano, where he carried out research on detailed kinetic modeling of soot formation and oxidation in combustion processes.  At Stanford, Dr. Nobili will carry out research in chemical kinetics and quantum chemistry for carbon nanoparticle synthesis and solid fuel combustion in high enthalpy flow.
